Every USA Tungsten bucking bar is made from high-density tungsten alloy and built to consistent dimensions, with inspection and documentation to your specification available on request.

The material

Our bars are tungsten heavy alloy, roughly 2.5 times the density of steel. That density is the property that lets a compact bar carry the same bucking mass as a much larger steel bar, which is what makes a tungsten bar back a rivet cleanly in tight access.

Consistent dimensions

Standard bars are produced to repeatable dimensions and weights, listed exactly on the size and weight chart so you know what you are getting before you order.

Built to your specification

For build-to-print and private-label work, we can supply inspection and documentation to your drawing and tolerances on request. Tell us your requirements when you request a quote and we will confirm what we can provide.

Surface finish and edge preparation

Working faces are finished smooth so the bar seats flat against the rivet tail and transfers the gun’s force evenly, and edges are broken and deburred so the bar is comfortable to hold and control through a long riveting session.

Dimensional inspection

Bars are checked against their published dimensions and weight before they ship. For build-to-print and private-label work, we can provide dimensional inspection and documentation to your drawing and tolerances on request.

Warranty

Every bar is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. If a bar arrives not as specified, we will make it right with a replacement.
